A. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will be communicating with you via email to discuss the specific information, wording, and design changes you wish to make on the invites, we will be sending over digital mock-ups of your invitations.

B. Once you give your OKAY to the final designs. We will proceed with printing then shipping of your Invites.

PERSONALIZED ENVELOPES

A. After you place your order, we will be communicating with you via email to discuss the font size, font design and font color of your envelopes, you will receive a google spreadsheet to fill out the Names and Address of your guests.

B. We will then proceed to editing and you will receive digital mock-ups of your envelopes. Once you give your OKAY to the final design, we will start with printing then shipping of your envelopes.

TABLE SEATING CHART NUMBERS

A. After you place your order, we will be communicating with you via email to discuss the specific information, paper size, wording, and design changes you wish to make on the table number charts. We will email you a spreadsheet to fill out the names and table numbers of your guests.

B. We will then proceed to editing and you will receive digital mock-ups of your table number charts. Once you give your OKAY to the final design, we will then proceed to printing then shipping of your order.

PRINTED MENUS

A. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will be communicating via email to discuss the informations, color, fonts and designs changes you wish to make on the menu.

B. We will then proceed to editing and sending over your digital mock-ups. Once you give your OKAY to the final design, we will then proceed to printing then shipping of your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONTS?

Yes! We can definitely change fonts to your invitations. We will work together to decide what fonts you would like to use into your invites & you will get to see them in your digital mock-ups. We will send you a Font PDF list via e-mail.

CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING?

Yes! Wording can always be change and we can also give you suggestions if need be. You can add or remove wordings to your liking.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS?

Yes! We can change the color of the text and most graphics. We will send you a color PDF list via e-mail.

CAN I CANCEL OR GET A REFUND?

Due to the personalized nature of these products, change of minds and refunds or exchanges are not available. Please contact us if you need help with anything. We will work together until your invites is everything you dreamed of, nothing will be printed without your approval.

Production will take between 4 to 7 days, after which we will ship your order via USPS, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
